I've had a lot of stuff to post and it was too much to post in one post so this post will only post part of it. And yes, I am trying to set a world record for the number of times saying "post" in one sentence. And the number of tags on this post.

Another random unrelated stuff post, aren't those fun? :B
Don't you hate it when you're rereading fanfics you used to like years ago, and it turns out they're filled with gratuitous fangirl Japanese? Yeah, me too.
Almost directly related, in my youth I had a crush on Vegeta for a time, and afterwards I could never remember what it was I saw in him. Well, I just figured it out: Chris Sabat's voice. Seriously, compare. 1999 version (which, yes, is Chris Sabat, but imitating Brian Drummond)? Thoroughly unattractive, actually kinda freaky. 2007 version? INSTANT HOTNESS *_*. *goes off to watch more DBZ*
Also, another hot guy topic (look at me actually connecting my random stuff, whee). Serious question here: why does everyone hate Szayel so much? ( This cut contains SPHFWLKaiB-related whining. )

I beat TWEWY (the first playthrough, anyway). Just throwing that out there. Also everyone should get that game. It's good and awesome. Maybe a little short, but good and awesome.

You know, I've never really held my childhood sacred. So when people do things like Rule 34 Pokémon or whatever, that doesn't bother me. But finding out that Abraham Lincoln thought blacks were inferior to whites? That's really depressing. D:
Also, I know I'm really late to the party with this like with everything else, but new fandom: Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. Go, watch. It's short - only three acts - and really awesome. Great music, great acting, heck, it's Joss Whedon. You really don't need any other reason to see it.

Um, okay. You know Lloyd from Code Geass? (For reference, he's the white-haired fellow in the first bit of this video.) You hear that voice? That's GAARA. XD (Also, Lelouch is Ichigo and Suzaku is Sasuke...but Gaara.)
And recently I've been playing Phoenix Wright, the current best game ever. So when I go looking for stuff on the Internet, what should I find but...

O.A., Usa-chan, and I have decided that Phoenix Wright got his name the same way Fenchurch from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy did hers. Also, Mr. Kimura from Azumanga Daioh is Phoenix's dad. ...Or something. (O.A., you can make your objections here.)
Any Star Wars and/or Avenue Q fans may want to watch this video, set to "Everyone's A Little Bit Racist"; it is almost the perfect-est video ever. Warnings: racism (which oughtta go without saying) and one instance of profanity. And, in the video, a very odd couple. XD
And a plea: Does anyone still have their old Pokémon "2BA Master" CD? I've discovered that mine's got a big scratch right down the end of track 3 and the beginning of track 4, so I was wondering if I could copy those off someone else's CD. Thanks. ^_^ |
